Viviana Frutuoso

Arquiteta paisagista e investigadora nas áreas de Arquitetura Paisagista, Arquitetura e Património. Licenciada (2013) e Mestre (2018) em Arquitetura Paisagista pela Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro (UTAD), com a dissertação 'O Valor das Quintas no Alto Douro Vinhateiro - Proposta de Roteiro das Quintas de Recreio'. Com um percurso acadêmico marcado pela participação na "Saisonale Garten 2017", em 2016, na Ilha de Mainau na Alemanha, ficando em 4º lugar na competição; e pela participação, em 2017, como conferencista convidada nas Jornadas Europeias do Património do Museu do Douro, no Peso da Régua. A par da participação nos trabalhos de workshops de 2013 a 2017 organizados pelas entidades, Departamento de Ciências Florestais e Arquitetura Paisagista da UTAD, a Câmara Municipal de Vila Real, a Câmara Municipal de Vila Pouca de Aguiar, a Câmara Municipal de Guimarães, o Laboratório da Paisagem de Guimarães e a Associação AOURO. Desde 2018 que exerce a profissão de Arquiteta Paisagista, combinando a prática profissional com a investigação através de várias publicações. Conciliando ainda com a orientação de melhorias intercalares de trabalhos de fim de curso da licenciatura de Engenharia Agronómica da UTAD. Desde 2019 colabora com a ArcplanD investigação em Arquitetura, Lugar, Paisagem e Design.

Landscape architect and researcher in the fields of Landscape Architecture, Architecture and Heritage. Bachelor's degree (2013) and Master's degree (2018) in Landscape Architecture from the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro (UTAD), with the dissertation “The Value of Farms in the Alto Douro Wine Region - Proposal for a Route of Recreational Farms”. Her academic career has been marked by her participation in the ‘Saisonale Garten 2017’ in 2016 on the island of Mainau in Germany, where she came 4th in the competition, and by her participation in 2017 as a guest speaker at the European Heritage Days of the Douro Museum in Peso da Régua. She also participated in workshops from 2013 to 2017 organised by the Department of Forest Sciences and Landscape Architecture at UTAD, the Municipal Council of Vila Real, the Municipal Council of Vila Pouca de Aguiar, the Municipal Council of Guimarães, the Guimarães Landscape Laboratory and the AOURO Association. Since 2018, she has been working as a landscape architect, combining professional practice with research through various publications. She also supervises interim improvements to final year projects for the Agricultural Engineering degree at UTAD. Since 2019, she has been collaborating with ArcplanD on research into Architecture, Place, Landscape and Design.
